Perfect base for exploring Llandudno. The location was marvellous and the breakfast was lovely. Great host running the hotel. We were offered single room with a private safe, a heating system and ironing facilities which were very good.

The hotel was superior, had a friendly atmosphere. We booked superior queen room for 3 nights and had an enjoyable stay. Apart from that, llandudno pier was 5 minutes away by driving. The breakfast was superb with plenty of options.

Just a walk down to The Cottage Loaf, where you can have lunch. Position of the hotel near to llandudno pier and possibility to visit conwy castle
